Wednesday 18 June 2008 at 5:16 pmRecently I have been practicing more and more with the aid of a mirror, to the point that I have taken a common household door mirror with me to the range! Not only does the mirror help you identify setup problems quickly, but it gives you instant feedback to different "feelings" you have with your swing in respect to the various positions you are in. Several companies sell golf mirrors, but because they are more portable and made of acrylic glass, they are pricey (~$200). I decided I would build my own training mirror for a fraction of that cost, and use it while I practice in my backyard/living room!

Parts list: (2) $5 WalMart door mirrors [for the glass], 1" PVC, 3/4" PVC, 1/2" PVC, (2) 1" PVC Caps, (2) 1/2" PVC Caps, (2) 3/4" to 1/2" PVC T Joints, 2' x 4' pegboard, (2) 1" x 4" planks, woodscrews, string, liquid nails [to secure glass to pegboard]. Read The Full Post...
